Is it just me or does anyone get stuck in the same old boring routine of making the same dinners over and over again? I love when I find a great new recipe and thanks to my good friend Mandy Engar, I hit the jackpot.
It's so good that I almost feel guilty not sharing it with all you moms out their looking for something new and exciting to feed your families. So here ya go.
Ok this isn't the best picture I have ever taken of food but give me a break, I was in a hurry to get this thing in my mouth. :)
Crust:
1 TBSP honey
1 C. warm water
2 tsp dry yeast
Combine and let sit for about 5 minutes.
3C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 TBSP EVO
Combine. Then pour into the wet mixture above. Knead for a couple minutes. This is super easy if you have a kitchenaid. Roll out your dough into a big circle that will fit your pizza pan. Oh ya, be sure to grease your pizza pan. I didn't and found this tip out the hard way.
Pizza:
BBQ sauce - Spread thin layer over entire pizza dough.
Parmesan/Mozarella cheese - as much or as little as you like. We like lots.
Chicken - 1 chicken breast is enough for 1 pizza. Boil, shred, and then place chicken in some BBQ sauce to marinate for a couple hours. This should be done earlier in the day so it will be ready to go when you are making your pizza.
Thin slices of purple onion.
Bacon bits - I put 5 slices of bacon in the oven on 350 for about 15 minutes or until nice and crisp. Then I crumbled it up and tossed it on the pizza. Yum.
Bits of pineapple.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!!

Antique Armoire/hutch for sale - Profit from my ex wifes laziness !!
Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 - Jan 31, 2010
I have this armoire that my ex wife left when she took my kids and ran off to live with her internet boyfriend. I have no idea what brand it is, or anything else really other than its really old (belonged to her great great grandmother), moderately heavy, and its taking up space in my garage. By the terms of our divorce, if she wanted it she had until Dec 25 to claim it, and she didnt, so now I get to sell it along with a bunch of my stuff to pay for legal bills. Woohoo for capitalism !! It has 4 cabinet type doors (2 small upper and 2 larger lower ones, and 2 drawers. One of the upper doors is missing a handle on it but im sure it could be easily replaced. Other than that its in great shape considering its age.

Anyone want to buy an antique armoire and help pay for this guy's divorce?

We went to my grandma's house in California over the 4th of July and had a blast. We swam in mountain lakes, went hiking, and had some pretty intense games of BINGO. seriously...intense. It was a great opportunity to play around with my camera so there are some random shots in here.

Went to a Parade. Lamest parade EVER! But here are a couple random pics.
I think this one is especially classy.
It's been a good summer!

Look at all those teeth! As many of you know, Boston didn't get ANY teeth until 16 months. For a while there I was very worried that he might not have any at all. Now, at 18 months, he has 10. We are so proud of him for finally growing some teeth! Way to go Boston!
Boston is so much fun and so smart. I can't get enough of this cute little smile!
Love you, Boss!
